Our pasta is made with original noodles that are a blend of durum wheat and Hokkaido wheat. Our recommendation is the lamb ragout.This is a chef's special dish, made by slowly simmering rich lamb shoulder with aromatic vegetables, red wine, and cocoa until it becomes tender and tender. [Linguine] with chewy flat pasta

Our pasta uses linguine, which means "little tongue" in Italian.While spaghetti is circular in cross section, linguine is oval in shape and is characterized by being slightly flattened.Linguine is a little flat, so it mixes well with the sauce and has a texture that lovers of raw noodles will love.
